Take the first step toward clean heating

New York State Clean Heat is a a statewide investment and coordinated effort delivered by NYSERDA, utilities, and a network of contractors to drive the awareness and adoption of heat pumps in buildings. The initiative is aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions and transforming the power grid to produce clean, zero-carbon electricity by offering rebates and financing for homeowners in New York State.

The Clean Heat rebate is a lump sum payment from your local utility company that we (the contractor) pass directly on to you. The rebate is deducted from the overall cost of your project. We calculate the rebate amount prior to your installation and include it in the project proposal. The value of the rebate depends on a number of factors — whether or not the installation is full or partial load, simultaneous installation of space heating and water heating, your zip code — but typically ranges from $1,500-$7,500 and is proportional to the overall cost of the project.

Heat pumps are an environmentally friendly, efficient, and affordable alternative to fossil fuel and A/C systems. If you’re thinking of installing a heat pump, you may qualify for the Clean Heat rebate. Fill out this form to get started!
